About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Programme Manager. As a Programme Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operation of our programme, including setting up the sKids Programme and fostering great relationships with our school communities.
You will play an important role in 'growing AWESOME kiwi kids' by providing day-to-day supervisory care and responsibility for programme delivery. This includes managing parent and school liaison, overseeing daily administrative tasks, and managing staff and your team members.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and coordinate before and after school programmes
- Supervise and support staff and team members
- Foster strong relationships with parents and school communities
- Oversee daily administrative tasks and ensure efficient programme delivery
**Requirements:**
- A strong passion for working with children aged 5-12
- Previous experience working with children or in the childcare/education sector
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A valid NZ work/student visa or NZ residency/citizenship
