As leaders in the vocational rehabilitation sector, we are seeking an experienced and compassionate Allied Health Clinician (Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Nurse) to join our dynamic team. The Role
You will be working in a multi-disciplinary team with a collaborative style, with a holistic and bespoke approach, ensuring we provide our clients with the best possible outcomes.
As a Vocational Allied Health Clinician, you will be responsible for assessing and treating clients with a variety of conditions, with the aim of supporting their return to work or enhancing their vocational potential. This role involves:
- Conducting vocational assessments to identify barriers and develop individualized return-to-work plans.
- Delivering evidence-based interventions and rehabilitation strategies to support clients in their journey towards sustainable employment.
- Collaborating with employers, insurers, ACC (Accident Compensation Corporation), and other stakeholders to facilitate the return-to-work process.
- Monitoring and evaluating client progress, adjusting plans as necessary.
- Providing ongoing support, education, and counselling to clients and their families.
Who are we looking for?
- Previous experience in vocational rehabilitation or a similar setting is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.
- A client-centred approach with a focus on achieving positive outcomes for clients.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage a caseload and meet deadlines.

- Competitive Salary $86,000 - $107,000 depending on experience
