Responsibilities:

  • Process and record financial transactions promptly and accurately
  • Perform reconciliations and month-end activities
  • Support financial reporting and internal control checks
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to enhance financial processes
  • Oversee the expense claim system
  • Manage purchase card system
  • Look after Payables & Receivables inboxes

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in Accounts Payables & Accounts Receivables
  • Strong understanding of financial systems and controls (TechOne experience highly desirable)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
