Senior Vocational Therapist (1502SM) Auckland, New Zealand

Salary: $100k+ depending on experience

Are you an experienced OT or Physio thinking it's time for something new? We're seeking an experienced therapist to join our dynamic and supportive team in Auckland, where you'll play a pivotal role in helping individuals regain independence and achieve meaningful employment.

About the Role:
This role is all about supporting our Stay at Work services—helping people recover from injury while still staying connected to their jobs. You'll work with the client, their employer, and healthcare providers to figure out what's getting in the way of returning to work and come up with a plan that works for everyone. It's about making sure recovery and work can happen side by side, safely and smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement personalised rehabilitation and vocational assessments
  • Support clients with workplace integration and return-to-work strategies
  • Collaborate with employers, health professionals, and community services
  • Contribute to continuous service improvement and best practice standards

What We're Looking For:

  • A qualification in OT or Physiotherapy, with NZ registration and current APC
  • Minimum 5 years' experience, and excellent time and caseload management
  • Full NZ Driver's license
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills
  • A passion for empowering others through purposeful work
