Salary: $100k+ depending on experience
This Senior Vocational Therapist role is centered around supporting our Stay at Work services by working with clients, employers, and healthcare providers to create a smooth transition back to work.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement tailored rehabilitation and vocational assessments.
- Help clients integrate into the workplace and develop return-to-work strategies.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure seamless recovery and work processes.
- Promote ongoing service improvement and adherence to best practices.
Essential Requirements:
- Degree in Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy with current registration and APC in New Zealand.
- Minimum five years of relevant experience with strong time and caseload management skills.
- Valid Full NZ Driver's license.
