As the Billing Manager, you'll be leading a team of Customer Billing Specialists, handling both systemised and manual billing for both our domestic and international clients.

Your main goal? Making sure the day-to-day billing processes are optimised and running efficiently, that payments and debt risks are managed, and that our customers get the best service possible. You'll also be at the forefront of improving billing processes, reducing risks, and driving a better overall customer experience.

You'll Also Be Responsible For
  • Leading customer billing operations and ensuring excellent service
  • Managing workflows to hit team goals and KPIs
  • Implementing new processes for better quality control, compliance, and internal controls
  • Creating reporting and analysing data to measure performance and efficiency
  • Driving cross-functional improvements and making sure we're always looking for ways to improve
  • Developing team capability and providing opportunities to continuously add value

Mōu - About You

You'll be a natural leader who is comfortable managing performance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, but also knows about the world of accounts receivable. You'll understand the mechanics of working in large complex organisations, particularly large finance teams and how all the pieces fit together to make a harmonious whole.

You'll bring a combination of skills and experience to the role, including:

  • Strong leadership abilities with a focus on improving processes, managing change, and getting the best out of your people
  • Experience in data-driven decision-making, problem-solving
  • Strong communication with people at all levels
  • The ability to break down complex challenges into practical solutions
  • A continuous improvement mindset, with a passion for driving and supporting progress within the team. Including a focus on internal controls and documentation

A background in quality management, Lean Six Sigma, or similar would be an added bonus.
