What You'll Be Doing:- Sales & Dealer Support - Partner with retail and service dealers, ensuring they have the tools, training, and support needed to drive sales.
- Expanding the Network - Identify, engage, and onboard new dealers to strengthen our presence.
- Market Insights & Strategy - Keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends, using data to drive smart business decisions.
- Merchandising & Inventory - Ensure products are well-stocked, attractively displayed, and ready for customers.
- Event Representation - Represent Steelfort at trade shows, field days, and industry events.
- Sales experience, ideally in the outdoor power equipment industry (preferred but not essential)
- Ability to analyze market trends and turn insights into action.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Willingness to travel regionally, including occasional overnight stays.
- Commission Structure + performance-based incentives
