**The Opportunity**:
Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking an experienced **Territory Sales Manager **to hit the ground running, maintaining existing customer sales and actively developing new business in the Greater Manawatu and Hawkes Bay region through solution selling. This role requires a broad range of skills, including negotiation, project management, strategic planning, market analysis, and conducting presentations.

The ability to work with clients to build long-term partner relations, coupled with tenacity, lateral thinking ability, a strong technical orientation, and the ability to develop and adhere to a call plan are required attributes.

**What we are looking for**:

- Background in Construction & Utility Equipment Industry sales or rental
- Demonstrated product knowledge including mechanical and technical data
- Strong sales skills, with an ability to develop and maintain a proactive call plan
- Well organised and results orientated
- Customer centric with well-developed communication skill both written and verbal
- Good analytical and conceptual skills.
- Ability to implement corporate policy
- Confident presentor
- Highly developed team collaboration skills
