Neutron will be our next rocket on the launch pad, an advanced 13-tonne payload class, reusable rocket to launch the mega constellations of the future. Our space systems business includes our extensive line of satellites and components that have enabled more than 1,700 missions including the James Webb Space Telescope, NASA Psyche Mission, Artemis I, Mars Ingenuity helicopter, and more.

The Talent Acquisition team supports our people and departments across recruitment, new staff orientation, compensation, training, and development. They ensure our growing and diverse global team is supported and capable of delivering our projects and customer's missions, and they're responsible for supporting their development, nurturing their skills and talent, and retaining the world-class people already on our team.

This position is pivotal in ensuring our team of (9) have the specialist support needed to maintain our centre of excellence for the wider business. We provide some training and support; however, the ideal candidate will also be self-directed in nature.

WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO:
  • Draft, review, and manage international employment contracts
  • Raise and process invoices in a timely manner
  • Conduct job checks and support candidates throughout the visa application process
  • Coordinate with Immigration partners
  • Writing creative ads for open vacancies
  • Plan and coordinate Intern events and activities
  • Collate data and send reports to key stakeholders
YOU'LL BRING THESE SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 2+ years' administration experience
  • Exceptional relationship building skills
  • Excellent customer and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to prioritize conflicting demands in a busy environment to achieve ambitious deadlines
  • Proactive and takes initiative
  • Fluid or adaptable in nature
  • Experience in a recruitment environment (internal or agency)
THESE QUALIFICATIONS WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE:
  • Recruiting admin experience in technical/engineering or manufacturing industry
  • Tertiary HR qualification or equivalent preferred
