MarketMedia, the Retail Media Network of The Warehouse Group, is leading the way in retail media innovation, creating unique shopping experiences and innovative marketing solutions. Our platform connects brands with consumers, enhancing interactions both online and in-store, while driving substantial and measurable results. As we grow and innovate in the retail advertising sector, we are seeking a motivated Retail Media Account Executive to join our passionate team of retail enthusiasts. Our growth in revenue, team size, innovation, and capabilities has been remarkable over the past three years, and with the support of our board and Leadership Team, we aim for even greater success.
Job DescriptionThis role is integral to our Retail Media strategy, focusing on delivering top-notch advertising solutions within our network that benefit our partners, customers, and brands. Your expertise and enthusiasm will be crucial in creating exceptional campaign experiences for our suppliers, optimizing and reporting on advertising campaigns for managed clients.
In summary, you will directly interact with clients, offering them innovative solutions to elevate their marketing efforts and achieve measurable outcomes. Additionally, you will support our sales representatives with ad operations, assist in media planning, execute plans, and collaborate with third-party creatives. This dynamic role involves client interaction, requiring strong analytical, technical, and relationship management skills.

QualificationsWe are looking for individuals who demonstrate personal responsibility, initiative, and ownership in their work, with a thirst for learning and improving efficiency through automation and process optimization.
We are also seeking candidates with:
- A background in sales, marketing, or related fields, particularly in media, advertising, or retail
- Prior experience in ad operations
- Strong stakeholder and project management capabilities
- Experience with digital marketing platforms
- Understanding of media landscape and planning principles
