The Role

We are seeking an Oracle Integration Lead with a strong background in Oracle Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Oracle Service Bus (OSB) to join our growing team in Wellington. This client-facing role offers the opportunity to be an integral part of our implementation and enterprise platform services team.

In this Oracle Integration Lead role, you can expect to:

  • Act as Integration Solution Lead and SME for SOA and OSB, applying domain expertise and innovative ideas to architect/design solutions; evaluate multiple options to meet client's business requirements.
  • Provide innovative solutions based on client's requirements.
  • Conduct functional testing (fixes), analyze recurring issues, and provide workaround solutions if applicable.
  • Perform patch impact analysis, interface with SME/Process Team/User Community, coordinate with Process Owner, and manage the Business Analyst team.
  • Handle TAR/SR with vendors (open, monitor, update, close), perform root cause analysis, and provide functional solution design.
  • Mentor and guide teams in developing integration solutions.


To apply for this Oracle Integration Lead role, your skills and experience should include:

  • Experience with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA): Understanding of SOA principles and the ability to implement SOA Cloud Service.
  • API Management: Skills in using API Platform, Cloud Service for managing and securing APIs.
  • Familiarity with various integration patterns and technologies, including REST, SOAP, and messaging systems.
  • Cloud and On-Premises Integration: Experience in integrating both cloud-based and on-premises applications.
  • Excellent knowledge of SOA/OSB/B2B and preferably knowledge of Oracle Project and Property Manager modules.
  • Experience working extensively on Oracle EBS/EPM integration issues and resolutions.
  • Experience in functional setup, configuration, gap analysis, writing functional specifications, preparing test plans, and executing/supporting integration and UAT testing.
  • Experience in incident triage, reproducing issues, troubleshooting, analyzing Oracle Integration and data issues in application support.
