People Partner (Senior HR Business Partner)

As a People Partner, you'll be the go-to expert for strategic people-related matters, collaborating closely with P&L owners to shape HR strategies that align with business objectives. You'll work alongside a select group of executives to ensure a shared understanding of business needs.
To excel in this role, you should be an experienced HR Business Partner ready to take on a challenging agenda. Collaboration is key as most HR functions are based elsewhere, requiring effective virtual and matrix team collaboration.

Responsibilities:
- Dive into business operations to understand challenges and workforce needs
- Collaborate with leaders to anticipate future workforce requirements
- Work closely with HR Managers for smooth program implementation
- Address organizational effectiveness and build an enterprise culture
Requirements:
- 10+ years in HR, with 5+ years at a senior level in Professional or Financial Services
- Experience in strategic planning for talent challenges
- Ability to coach senior leaders and provide alternative perspectives
- Strong communication skills and knowledge of HR trends
