Senior People Business Partner - Fixed Term (12 Months)
As ASB People moves forward to ensuring alignment with bank-wide strategy and being well positioned to effectively deliver the People strategy, we are looking for an experienced Senior People Business Partner to join the team and provide strategic people support. We have a fixed term opportunity (12 months) reporting to a Head of People Partnering.
Working across a large, exciting and complex portfolio we require a high achieving HR professional with strong experience and connection to relevant future trends and market insights. It is essential you have confidence to strategically collaborate with senior leaders and executives to understand their requirements and drive organisational effectiveness. Transformational change and management will play a large part of this role with the opportunity to lead and implement initiatives.
A team focus, strong relationship skills and exceptional communication skills will set you up for success when involved in project work and building successful cross functional relationships. Current knowledge and working experience within NZ employment law, is also needed.
You should have a strong, proven breadth of business acumen with the ability to align people strategies with ASB's purpose, strategy, and business objectives.
A Problem Solver - Skilled analytical and problem-solving skills, data fluency and technology adaptive capability to create insights that drive high quality decisions.
Influential Storyteller - Exceptional communication, incisive storytelling, and impactful presenting capabilities, able to build relational equity at senior leadership levels to have influence up out and across the organisation.
