An exciting opportunity has arisen at Enrich+ to deliver our autism and disability services in Hamilton.

We are looking for a team member to join an organisation dedicated to making a difference for people with autism and disabilities and their families.

Ideally you will have some experience with supporting or working with people on the autism spectrum.

Your role will be assisting with facilitation of social and communication skill groups in Hamilton, for children, teens, and young adults.


Key activities include:
- facilitating social and communication skills groups for children, teens, and young adults, and assisting with planning and development if required
- delivering services to Autistic people or people with disabilities
- working closely with those coordinating the programmes, enrolments, and other background functions of the groups to ensure the best delivery to our young people in the service.
- some experience in working with people with autism and knowledge or understanding of how they might see the world
- some knowledge or understanding of behaviour analysis and behaviour management
- the ability to be flexible with working hours and working approach
- the ability to think on your feet and use initiative
- an open-mind and willingness to learn

  • Interested in being a Dungeon and Dragons Master
  • Reliable and punctual


If you are looking to make a difference and utilise your experience and knowledge in autism, then we want to hear from you Groups generally run between 3.30pm and 9pm so availability between these hours at least one or two days a week is essential.
