**What will you do?**

As a Community Facilitator (support worker), you will be busy supporting people who have a broad range of goals - from helping with household chores, meal planning, and building social networks; to supporting people through major life changes like attending university or moving out.

Though Community Facilitating involves working 1:1 with clients, it also means that you’re working as a part of a larger team who work specific rosters, with each Facilitator contributing uniquely to the client’s support.

- Experience working with people with disabilities, autism, and/or mental health.

- Ability to connect and form positive relationships through consistency and reliability.
- A desire to support people to develop their skills, learn new skills, and achieve positive outcomes.
- Resourcefulness and initiative.
- Ability to work autonomously and as a team.
- Full NZ Driver Licence
