With passionate leadership and a great company culture, this varied temporary role is a great opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant.


A fantastic EA is required to support two Senior Directors, for a 2-3 month contract to support the team as they manage their permanent recruitment process.

Both Directors need different levels of support from pulling together presentations and reports to general travel and meeting coordination.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have previous experience in a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role
  • You will be independent enough to hit the ground running as there will not be a detailed handover
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
  • Outstanding time management and organisational skills
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism


This is a great opportunity to take on a short time contract while in between jobs or maybe you have just arrived from overseas.
