Community Health Services is growing to support additional clinical services and is looking for an experienced administrator who can support the team’s ongoing commitment to providing a quality and equitable service for our physiotherapy service and the wider CSA team.

The ideal applicant should possess
- Minimum of one year experience in a hospital based administration role
- Knowledge of ACC health contracts
- Proven knowledge of hospital based systems such as IPMS, Bpac, ACC Gateway and MCP
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team
- Proven organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills, including the ability to prioritise appropriately
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proven knowledge of the Privacy Act, and the Health Information Privacy Code
- An understanding of the Treaty of Waitangi and cultural awareness

The remuneration range for this role is** **$74,090 to $ 81,864** and is covered by the collective agreement: PSA Clerical.
