An exciting opportunity has become available for someone with drive and ambition to join Lumino White Smile in beautiful Takapuna as Practice Manager.

Our team at White Smile Dental aim to bridge the gap between dentistry, artistry, and hospitality, so patients can experience that six-star service they deserve

Our Takapuna practice is dedicated to providing the most up-to-date general, orthodontic, and family dentistry. We've grown to provide a world-class facility for the treatment of tooth loss, dental cosmetics, and advanced restorative dentistry.


This role is a busy, hands-on leadership position where you will partner with a team of highly respected clinicians and your Regional Manager to drive performance and culture.

Overseeing all operational aspects of running a successful practice, you will relish the opportunity to impact change from both a people and a commercial perspective.

You will be trusted with total practice management and will have the ability to suggest and implement improvements for patients and your team.

Our Practice Managers enjoy competitive packages focused on learning and development.

In this role, you will become part of a vast network of peers and help us bring premium quality care to our patients and communities.


The hours of this role are below:

  • Monday
  • Thursday 8am-5pm
  • Friday 8am 4pm

Lumino White Smile is located on Hurstmere Road in the centre of beautiful Takapuna

The Person
To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Previous management or team-leader experience is a must
  • Ideally customer service/facing experience.
  • Solutionorientated and resourceful
  • Positive team player
  • Excellent communication skills are a must as per the nature of the business
  • Performance to targets or revenue generation
  • Dental industry experience or similar will be a bonus but not essential
  • Dental industry an advantage but not a musthave
  • Medical centre systems like exact advantageous
