Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity
You'll be part of a diverse team of very supportive colleagues that laugh a lot and enjoy a good deal of office banter within the focus of delivering health workers to our leading health care services.
This role will work very closely with the Starship Hiring Managers including the Nurse Unit Managers, Recruitment Consultants,Operations Managers and the Associate General Manager.
Your responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Booking interviews and coordinating others to assist as required
- Reference checking via checkmate
- Collaborating/ supporting hiring managers to create Recruiment and appointment related forms
- Collaborating/supporting HR advisors to prepare offer letters
- Collaborating/supporting senior recruiters with their busy portfolios with required and assigned tasks
- Assist with HR administration tasks, such as maintaining employee files
- Provide general support to the operations team, including scheduling meetings, booking travel arrangements, and managing office supplies
- Assist with the planning and coordination of events
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records, databases, and spreadsheets.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
- This role may also include involvement in projects

To ensure success in this role, you will have the following skills & attributes:
- strong administration and computer skills (Intermediate MS excel skills is advantageous)
- mature outlook, able to work independently and use your initiative
- ability to prioritise important tasks
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Experience with HR information systems (HRIS).
Taleo recruitment technology would be an advantage but is not essential.
