The role involves:

  • Implementation of information governance models as well as information management practices
  • The management, support, and administration of key systems (Objective ECM, Objective Connect and GOV365) and M36
  • Governance of M365 and MS Teams (provisioning, DLP, sensitivity labels etc)
  • Information Monitoring, auditing, and reporting
  • Relationship building and customer engagement.
  • Successfully representing and presenting IM and IG concepts

  • Leveraging and articulating an excellent working knowledge of the Public Records Act 200
  • Have a relevant tertiary qualification.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver a leadership role to encourage highly effective crossfunctional teams to develop, deliver, and implement information governance and management initiatives.
  • Excellent understanding of the implications of government policy and initiatives on records management; indepth knowledge of the Public Records Act (2005), the Archives NZ Information & Records Management Standard (2016), the Privacy Act and the Official Information Act
  • Expertise in managing and developing enterprise content management (ECM) systems including technical systems management, analytical skills to develop creative solutions within the information management framework, and a high level of computer literacy, particularly with cloudbased systems.
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills, including the ability to collaborate with staff at all levels across the institution, and with outside organisations and vendors.
  • Be able to work collaboratively in a complex and changing environment.

The annual salary range for this role is: $108,161 to $146,335 based on skills and experience.
