About the role


This is a fixed term opportunity through to August 2023; we are looking for someone that can hit the ground running.

Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager you'll be a crucial member of the marketing team supporting and focusing on the brand/campaign marketing activity, communications, and content for all Cristal Air International Limited Brands (HRV/EES/ACD/HVAC), with a key ownership of all marketing purchase ordering and receipting processes, aligned to budgeted plans.


You will have excellent attention to detail, accuracy and able to execute and deliver within set timeframes, as part of your role is implemented and launching new products through communications and content to our customers via different communication platforms.


You will have a good understanding of social platforms and be able to set up consumer promotions, manage and monitor the content, ensuring we are relevant and on brand.


Our customers are important, and you will need to be able to deliver exceptional customer service behind the scenes with responding and moderating customer feedback, commentary and reviews on all social and online media channels and escalate internally where necessary.


We are looking for someone with:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • You will have a minimum of 12 years of experience working across campaigns, communications, and content.
