This network, extending over 6,000 km, is not just a collection of cables but a lifeline that connects households and businesses directly to the internet.


We operate as a wholesale entity, partnering with retail service providers (RSPs) and mobile network operators (MNOs), who in turn offer a diverse range of plans and services to customers using our robust network.

This collaboration has enabled us to reach over 249,000 households and businesses across regions including Waikato, Bay of Plenty, Hawke's Bay, Manawatū-Whanganui, Taranaki, and Auckland.

The role


Based at our head office in Hamilton, the purpose of this role is to ensure Tuatahi's administration function runs smoothly (including our regional offices), and all departments feel supported.

You will lead a team of three Administrators, motivating and encouraging them to do their best work.

You will do this by:

  • Providing guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.
  • Manage administrative team roster and manage absence/cover.
  • Manage the daytoday facilities issues, escalating landlord related issues and major remedial works requirements to the Executive Manager.
  • Manage scheduling, travel arrangements, and logistics for the executive team.
  • Oversee event organization.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.

Along with your exceptional organisation and planning skills, you will also be customer focused and prioritise teamwork

As well as:

  • 2+ years proven experience in a similar administrative leadership and facilities focused role.
  • Ability to adapt to a fastpaced and dynamic work environment.
