In MyPolice, the organisational structure drives all system workflows such as timesheet and leave approvals. Therefore, it is important that the structure shown in MyPolice reflects reality.
The objective of the Position Management Officer is to provide administrative support and act as a source of specialist information and advice around the processes and procedures for position management within the organisation.
You as Position Management Officer must have an ability to work within the wider People Operations Group and our organisational team to enable the delivery of an accurate organisation structure.
Key Accountabilities:
- Monitor and review transactions for accuracy and compliance to ensure data is accurate
- A customer service excellence focus
- Ability to produce accurate work, sometimes under pressure, and willingness to work as part of a team
- Good numeracy, verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of relevant employment legislation, including but not limited to the Holidays Act, the Employment Relations Act, the Wages Protection Act and the Privacy Act
- Personal attributes and temperament relevant to the position

Utu ā-tau | Salary
