What will you be doing?


Tower is currently recruiting for 4 x Senior Claims Consultants to join our Claims function to assist our customers as quickly as possible with their insurance claims.

You can expect to be involved across a variety of areas including:

  • Liaising with customers and consultants to promptly resolve their claims and complaints in accordance with the wording and company's policies and procedures.
  • Responding to customer requests by promptly attending to their individual needs
  • Ensuring that claims are settled in accordance with the policy wording, company's agreed policies, and procedures.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to the claims team to ensure highperformance levels are achieved.


In a 37.5 hour working week you would be placed on a set shift, 7.5 hours per day Monday-Friday between 8am and 5:30pm.

You may also be working on a roster to accommodate the extended hours of operation which are:
Monday - Friday from 5:30-6:30pm and Saturday 9am - 5pm (including public holidays).

What you'll need

  • Insurance industry knowledge
  • Claims management experience
  • Product knowledge in fire and general insurance
  • Customer service experience
  • Demonstrated experience working as part of a team to achieve common goals
  • Excellent communication both written and verbal
