Assistant Grounds Person / Labourer
Do you enjoy working outdoors and take pride in your work? If so, this is the role for you


We are seeking a reliable individual to join our Auckland Schools team, on a
permanent, full-time basis (40 hours per week).


Reporting to the Team Manager you will be responsible for a range of tasks, including mowing, edging, weed spraying, leaf blowing, litter collection, and general Grounds Person duties.

As a team we want to work with enthusiastic and reliable people so you need to be a team player with a positive attitude - helping out your team mates needs to be "second nature"

Here's what you'll need to be successful in the role

  • A current full driver's licence with the ability to drive a manual vehicle
  • Excellent relationship building and communication skills
  • A willingness to accept responsibility and ownership of jobs whilst working as part of a wider team
  • Be able to prioritise, and have the ability to work within timeframes
  • You will have a positive attitude to life and work, a great work ethic, and be selfmotivated
