My client is New Zealand’s leading electricity and gas retailer supplying energy to more than half a million homes and businesses around New Zealand. We have 25 LPG depots and agent sites nationwide with a fleet of over 115 trucks. LPG is an important part of our growth strategy to being New Zealand’s energy provider of choice.

**About the role**:
You will be responsible for filling LPG gas bottles and assisting with operational tasks in the depot. This role is Monday to Friday, with 6am start times and mid to late afternoon finishes.

Your duties include but are not limieted to:

- Cylinder filling, maintenance and decanting with a focus on safety and efficiency
- Assist with depot, vehicle and equipment checks
- Contribute to a safe, healthy workplace by complying with legislative and company guidelines and requirements

**About you**:

- Previous experience in a labouring role - farm work, deliveries, warehousing and more would all be relevant
- Full class 1 license; an existing Class 2 License would be a benefit
- Physical fitness with the ability to lift heavy items when filling
- Willingness to learn a new skill in the LPG industry
- Team player approach to work - the team often pitches in to support each other
