You'll support the delivery of our services to our customers by managing the IT software assets and licensing and ensuring we remain compliant and are optimally licensed to prevent overspending or underutilisation of assets.


Good relationship management and influencing skills will come naturally to you as you'll need to work with third party suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure the compliance and provisioning of software licensing and the services.


You're a highly analytical individual with attention to detail and someone who likes to be able to see the big picture and long-term vision.

You thrive working within a collaborative and engaged team and enjoy working with a customer centric focus.

What you'll be doing:

  • Guide, support and optimise the software asset lifecycle programs ensuring licenses needs are well managed and align to ACC's strategic intent.
  • Manage and maintain software contract information relating to licenses, subscriptions, services levels, etc.
  • Oversee ACC's compliance with licensing conditions whilst regularly reporting on license status, including exemption reporting and escalation of noncompliance
  • Track and manage ACC's license usage and forecast demand

What you'll bring:

  • Considerable experience in working with IT enterprise systems and associated software assets and licensing
  • Excellent knowledge of licensing constructs from vendors such as Microsoft, Salesforce and Oracle to name a few
  • Excellent budget/financial analysis and reporting skills
  • Experience working with All of Government agreements and a solid understanding of Government rules of sourcing
