Description:
The Programme Delivery team was created to lead enhancements and optimize performance across the organisaton and help delivery our upcoming 2030 Strategy.
We have a wide variety of projects that we will be working on such enhancements in virtual and telehealth capabilities, new ambulance designs and property upgrades.
We have an 8 month contract opportunity for a Senior Advisor to lead and/or contribute to the development of new initiatives to support change within the organisation.
The role will be responsible for the implementation and support of new operational design capability and to improving operational performance.

As well as emergency paramedic care, we provide patient transfer services; have paramedics who are part of the Life Flight crew and rescue squad, plus operate the 111 clinical communications centre for our region.

We consider ourselves to be the best little ambulance service in the world, with an awesome team around 400 staff and over 80 volunteers who cover from Cook Strait to just north of Waikanae on the Kapiti Coast, and across to Mt Bruce in the Wairarapa.

Skills and Experiences:
Who we are looking for
Join our dynamic team and step into the role of Senior Advisor, where you will play an instrumental part in exciting projects within the healthcare sector.
We are looking a Senior Advisor with a relevant tertiary qualification and at least two years of experience leading operational/service design.
The capability to lead design and change project workstreams, including designing and running workshops.
A demonstrated track record of collaborative teamwork with peers and the ability to effectively management relationship with senior level stakeholders
The ability to use persuasive, influencing and conflict management skills to resolve critical issues
