About the opportunity
As a Cash Management Specialist in our Cash Management and Treasury Accounting Support Team, you will report to the Operations Lead.
This fast paced and challenging role will require you to use your strong attention to detail and time management skills to accurately and efficiently complete a range of crucial tasks.
This will include forecasting bank balances, processing manual payments, payment runs, failed payments, receipting, bank reconciliations and regular matching and clearing of transactions across several ERP's.
Great verbal and written communication skills will enable you to effectively liaise with a variety of customers and teams across the business.
With your 'can-do' attitude and ability to work within a team, you'll not only deliver a high quality service to the business, you'll also support your colleagues, participate in team work and actively take part in team discussions driving continuous improvement initiatives.
About you
This is a busy and intricate role where a high level of attention to detail and a strong ability to problem solve are paramount.
You'll also be using a wide range of ERPs across the business as well as several banking systems and financial tools, so you'll need to be savvy with technology and quick to pick up new systems.
Other beneficial skills and experience include:
- Experience in a similar role for a large organisation
- Experience in banking a definite advantage
- Tertiary education in Finance or Accounting (preferred)
- Immediate Excel experience & SAP proficiency
