At our Business Academy, instructional design projects are typically collaborative efforts, with instructional designers collaborating with subject-matter experts (SMEs), technical writers, and graphic artists to create impactful learning experiences.

In these projects, the instructional designer is responsible for project management, instructional design, and content development.

Minimum Requirements Master's degree in Instructional Design or a related field.10+ years of experience in designing performance-based, technical training for professionals.

Experience managing L&D projects.
Ability to collaborate closely with SMEs, guiding them through the design process, managing their contributions, and influencing outcomes.
Proficiency in simplifying and organizing complex information.
Experience developing learning assessments.

Duties & Responsibilities Manage multiple instructional design and development projects, overseeing timelines, schedules, work scope, and deliverables.
Apply instructional design principles to create effective and engaging training courses for ILT, VILT, and e Learning in English.
Develop assessment tools following Kirkpatrick Level 2 and Level 3 methodologies.
Create written training materials and content for ILT, VILT, and e Learning formats.
Analyze existing course designs and instructional materials, making enhancements as needed.
