New Zealand Rugby (NZR), one of New Zealand's largest sporting organisations, has an exciting opportunity to join our team as High Performance Coach Development Manager.

In this role you will be responsible for developing and managing the High Performance Coach Development Programme and Succession Plan to ensure that New Zealand Rugby continues to develop elite level coaches at domestic, national and international level.


Your ability to build relationships and work in collaboration with multiple rugby stakeholders will help to ensure your success in the role.

To be successful in this role you will also;

  • Have proven experience in coach and/or people development.
  • Have a sound understanding of education and development processes.
  • Have experience in rugby or a high performance sport environment.


This is an outstanding opportunity to play a key role in the development of our coaches and ongoing success of New Zealand Rugby.
