Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Duty Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the resort, focusing on delivering exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining the high standards of service that Northridge Golf Resort is known for.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the resort, ensuring all services are delivered to the highest standard.
Act as the main point of contact for guests, addressing and resolving any issues or inquiries promptly.
Coordinate with various departments (housekeeping, front desk, food & beverage, etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery.
Monitor and manage staff performance, providing guidance and support to ensure team efficiency and morale.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Assist in managing bookings, reservations, and guest check-ins/check-outs.
Handle administrative tasks and maintain accurate records of operational activities.
Be actively involved in emergency response and crisis management.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in the hospitality industry (Accommodation sector) is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of hotel management software and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
