26 March 2023Are you available and looking for an exciting new opportunity that is longer term with possible permanent opportunities? Our client, a busy and growing private clinic in Greenlane is looking for someone to assist them with medical Reception/administration.

Starting asap this role is longer term role for the next 3-6 months with possible permanent opportunities.

You will be working with a friendly and supportive team in modern offices in a role that is always busy and where you can continue to learn.

If you have previous proven medical reception/administration experience or have corporate reception experience and would be keen to get into the health sector then this role is perfect for you:

Duties include:

  • Clinic preparation booking appointments
  • Checking and editing patient letters
  • Reception duties
  • Updating details and making bookings
  • Managing the referrals coming through
  • ACC forms and Southern Cross preapprovals
  • Liaising with external health providers
  • Other adhoc duties as required.

To be considered you would ideally have:

  • Proven medical administration/reception experience or corporate reception experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good MS office knowledge and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
  • Good IT skills
  • The ability to work to deadlines and take on a variety of tasks
  • Ability to work well within a team
  • Flexibility to assist with a variety of tasks
