The role:


Our dedicated and vibrant Auckland team have a 12-month fixed term contract available for a customer-centric Administrator to join our professional and close-knit Shared Services team.


In this dynamic and fast paced role, you will showcase your proactive eye for detail, identifying opportunities to enhance our processes and solve problems as they arise.

Exceptional communication skills, a great phone manner and being self-motivated will come naturally to you.


There are times when life can be very busy in our office, so having the ability to remain calm under pressure is important for all of us.

Supported by the Shared Services Manager, your role will be varied and interesting.

Key aspects include processing sales orders, coordinating bookings with customers, filing documents and liaising with internal and external stakeholders across the business.


This role requires good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and proven experience using Microsoft Dynamics CRM is preferred, but not essential.

Full training and ongoing support is provided
