We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic individual to join our team and help support our Business and Corporate customers with their online banking needs.

If your customer service skills are top notch and you have fantastic attention to detail, then this could be the role for you You will work in a professional, team focussed environment, and give you the chance for personal growth and achievement.

In this role your key responsibilities include being the first point of contact for this important customer segment.

With advanced communication and interpersonal skills, you will provide a superior customer experience and maintain the good relationship Westpac has built with these customers.

You will do this by identifying customer's online banking needs, of both a banking and technical nature and resolving them, testing both your communication and analytical skills whilst maintaining the growing needs of these customers.

  • Previous Contact Centre or Helpdesk experience essential
  • Banking experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • An ability to make clear and concise decisions balancing both Westpac and the customer's needs
  • Confident in learning new digital platforms and tech savvy
  • Advanced analytical skills
  • Good organisational and time management skills
