Job Description:


We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Workplace Administrator in our Ōtautahi Christchurch office to be our central point of contact and connection for our employees, clients and joint venture partners.

Like that of a hotel concierge you should aim to be a "general knowledge specialist", you may not be able to provide the solution every time but can connect those in need with the right people or solution, when needed.

In this role, you will support internal and external clients, solve problems and go that extra mile for

those you interact in in order to support our workplace being a dynamic, supportive and positive environment.

The role responsibilities are broken down into the following areas:

  • Front of house responsibilities,
  • Administration tasks, and
  • Facilities Team support activities

Qualifications:


We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, who loves all things administration and is people-oriented and proactive in what you do.

We are looking for a natural team player who is keen to learn and develop their administration skills while having the minimum qualifications and experience:

  • Holding a current NZ Restricted / Full Drivers' Licence
  • Previous experience with Corporate Facilities Management
  • Excellent communication skills and previous experience in working as part of a close-knit team with a focus on achieving common goals.
