Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the entire hospitability operation of the palace from kitchen to food serving.
  • Organize and coordinate operations to ensure maximum efficiency and ensure hospitality services are delivered at the right time and as per Royal Family member's expectations.
  • Prepares budget looking into all aspects related to food production and operations.
  • Responsible for mainlining expenses based on the budget fixed, also records additional expenses incurred and gets special approvals for it.
  • Coordinates and conducts special events based on the Royal Family member's needs.
  • Ensure food preparation is as per specified standards.
  • Approves purchase requests for stocks related to the kitchen and Service section.
  • Ensure that service operations are as per standards and that the Royal Family members are served in an excellent and timely manner.
  • Responsible for the Hospitality operation of the Royal Family when on visits to other locations.
  • Enforce adherence to regulations and quality standards.
  • Review and prepare reports for management.
  • Responsible for training employees and enhancing their skills.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by higher management

Requirements

  • Previous experience in hospitality management
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
  • Proficiency in hospitality management software
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and security regulations in the hospitality industry

Benefits

The salary is AED 25K-35K All-in (Negotiable for suitable candidates).
