I-Signz is seeking dedicated Operations and Sales Associates to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in supporting our operations, enhancing client engagement, and driving sales growth. The Associates will be responsible for coordinating internal processes, managing client relationships, and contributing to the company's overall success.

Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

  • Oversee daytoday operations to ensure smooth execution of all tasks and processes.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Streamline internal processes and optimize workflow.
  • Assist in preparing and calibrating tools and equipment according to specifications.
  • Assist with project management, ensuring timely and quality delivery of services.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations.

Sales Coordination:

  • Coordinate sales activities and strategies to attract and retain clients.
  • Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track performance and inform strategy.
  • Assist in developing and executing sales strategies.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.

Client Relations and Account Management:

  • Maintain excellent relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
  • Manage client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any issues.
  • Coordinate marketing efforts and campaigns to promote products and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Address client inquiries and provide timely and professional support.
  • Travel to meet clients, present proposals, and negotiate contracts as needed.

Quality Assurance:

  • Perform quality reviews and audits to ensure compliance with established standards.
  • Develop and maintain quality audit processes and procedures.
  • Create error trend analysis and propose immediate action plans to operations.

Graphic Design and Production Assistance:

  • Collaborate with the design team to create visual concepts for signage projects.
  • Use graphic design software to produce digital designs and mockups.
  • Assist in production and installation as needed.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Handle order processing and administrative duties.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • Must have a related bachelor's degree or at least 3 years of business management experience.
  • Proven experience in leadership, quality assurance, and business analysis.
  • At least 5 years of customer service or proven entrepreneurial experience with a focus on driving business growth.

Analytical Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.

Communication Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be fluent in verbal and written English.
  • Proficiency in Filipino is preferred, as the existing market base is Filipino.

Additional Requirements:

  • Customer service or account management experience.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software is a plus.
  • Required experience in leadership, quality assurance, and business analysis, focusing on customer service management and operational excellence.

Additional Information:


Operations and Sales Associates will be both office-based, managing internal operations and administrative tasks, and will also be traveling to meet clients, engaging in sales activities, and building client relationships.

This dual focus ensures that the Associates can effectively support both the internal and external facets of the business, contributing to overall company growth and client satisfaction.


Pay:
$ $32.00 per hour

Expected hours:
No less than 30 per week

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Willingness to travel:

  • 50% (preferred)
