Ko te kaupapa | About the role

  • Provide a leadership and support role to the resuscitation committee.
  • Provide clinical support for the resuscitation teams.
  • Resuscitation training for all staff in basic and advanced life support (adult, paediatric and neonatal), trauma resuscitation and care of the critically ill patient.
  • Planning simulation days including but not limited to ED and Operating Theatre.
  • Leading Education for CPR, ACLS, NLS, ALERT, Serious Illness Conversations, Shared Goals of Care.

Ko koe tēnei | About you


You must be able to demonstrate that you are registered with Nursing Council of New Zealand and that your scope of practice enables you to undertake the duties of this position.

You will have a post graduate qualification or equivalent working towards Masters.

You must have the qualification to deliver ACLS and CPR.


The successful applicant will also be available to work flexible days / hours to ensure the training needs of the organisation are met.
