About the Role
From our customer counter you will greet and interact with customers, market products and services and complete rental transactions, contracts and bookings.
To ensure our customers always get the best experience, you will also be required to inspect vehicles for damages and assist with the cleaning of our vehicles from time to time.
What we are looking for:
- Full, clean, valid class 1 driver's licence is essential for this role
- Previous experience within retail, hospitality, customer service or similar roles
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while delivery exceptional customer service.
- Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information (training will be provided)
- Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards.
- We operate 7 days a week, 7am to 7pm, where you will be required to work as per our rotating roster that will including at least one day per weekend. In a fulltime role you would be scheduled to work 5 x 8hours shifts per week and casual would be on an adhoc basis. _
