Job Description:


Join our dynamic team in Wellington, where you'll take charge of managing the Transport Team with a focus on Highways and Rail.

You will play a vital role in building the business and the training and development of our team.

At our organisation, we are at the forefront of delivering major, cutting-edge projects across various markets.

Our work is underpinned by a strong focus on sustainability, renewables, and technology, ensuring we make a positive impact on the world.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage our dynamic Transport team across New Zealand.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, with a particular focus within the Highways and Rail space.
  • Drive a positive culture whilst keeping to our key values of being a Responsible, People first and Create company.
  • Contribute to the training and development of our Engineers, fostering their growth and professional advancement.

Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification/s in Civil Engineering, specifically relevant to the field.
  • Extensive expertise in the Transport space, with over 10 years of specialized experience in Roading and/or State Highways.
  • The ability to grow a team with well developed connections in the Transport industry in New Zeakand.
  • Outstanding consulting and client management skills.
  • Indepth industry knowledge and active engagement
