As a key player in our small but mighty team, you'll ensure high-quality, accessible learning and development experiences, work with our PX Lead to support leadership development, and help us achieve our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion milestones. Your mission: help us ensure our people are engaged, motivated, and connected.

Here is a snapshot of what you'll do:

  • Curate and Deliver Learning Experiences: Identify, curate and manage learning products and experiences on our Learning Management System (LMS) to provide on-demand learning opportunities.
  • Collaborate for Capability Improvement: Work with team members and business leaders to identify products and providers to enhance capability and drive results.
  • Design Bespoke Learning Solutions: Design, develop, and build bespoke learning solutions, including short courses and eLearning.
  • Manage Induction Programme: Oversee our induction programme from start to finish, ensuring new starters understand our company, feel connected, and receive a seamless induction experience. Right now it needs an overhaul, so you'll be the key player in that
  • Support Leadership Activities: Coordinate logistics, cohorts, and other people leader development initiatives as part of our leadership development activities.
  • Drive DE&I Programme: Support Employee Network Groups, coordinate the DE&I Steer Co, and report on programme metrics to bring our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion programme to life.
  • Innovate for the Future of Work: Provide ideas and suggestions for future workplace trends to ensure Trade Me remains a best place to work.

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience: Working within either the People Experience or Learning and Development field
  • Event Coordination: Proven experience in coordinating learning events and liaising with vendors and suppliers.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit, your communication style is simple and easy to understand.
  • Facilitation skills: Confident with public speaking and facilitating sessions.
  • Learning Design: Experience in learning design and familiarity with eLearning design tools and methodologies. Familiarity with the ADDIE framework for addressing learning problems and capability gaps.
