In this newly created role you will have the opportunity to lead the continuous improvement of our Organisational Risk Management system (ZORM), facilitate the delivery of our core ZORM commitments, and manage and maintain Z's Wellbeing Framework.

You will have the opportunity to

  • Lead the continuous improvement plan of Z's Organisational Risk Management system (ZORM) and contribute to the design and development of the digital system that underpins ZORM
  • Ensure the processes, procedures, guides and tools that are needed exist to ensure that ZORM is fit for purpose across the business
  • Provide coaching, guidance and advice on risk management processes, procedures and tools
  • Oversee the delivery of cyclical activities as per Z's Enterprise Risk Plan
  • Work across the Safety, Wellbeing & Risk team to ensure capabilities are built and embedded and the integrity of ZORM is maintained
  • Manage and maintain Z's Wellbeing framework and ensure the processes, procedures, guides and tools are in place across the business
  • Work with a range of stakeholders to support the management of both ZORM and the Wellbeing framework

Qualifications:

What you'll bring to Z

  • A proven background in managing, maintaining and enabling the delivery of safety and organisational risk frameworks within a diverse commercial environment
  • Demonstrated experience evaluating and improving on processes, procedures and tools
  • Excellent communication skills to work with a range of users right across the Z business and the experience to coach, guide and influence outcomes
  • The ability to work both in the detail but also consider the bigger impact and outcomes
  • Strong systems focused thinking
  • The ability to understand user experiences and design with a focus on human centred design
  • Experience in a complex organisation and delivering quality work at pace

The base salary range for this role is $129,200 to $152,000 per annum, plus 15% bonus based on company performance, a 5% KiwiSaver employer contribution and health insurance through Southern Cross.
