Job Description:


A pivotal role at accessable, providing support and effective leadership to the Customer Support Team to ensure our SLA's with Whaikaha are met.

You will be working closely with assessors, suppliers, sub-contractors and most importantly with persons with a disability, where you will lead the way in demonstrating exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Leading the team towards individual and company goals/targets and deadlines.
  • Training and developing of team members, including regular feedback, and onboarding of new staff within the team.
  • Liaising with internal teams, and with external stakeholders, maintaining positive professional relationships and communication
  • Proactively identify process improvements across team processes and customer experience and work with the Service Delivery Manager to develop and implement.

Qualifications:

We are seeking an experienced leader, with strong attention to detail, who is confident at troubleshooting and finding information. You will have the ability to think outside the square, be able to make well thought out considered decisions.

You will be able to juggle multiple balls at the same time, and remain calm under pressure whilst balancing the needs of your team, the business, and our external stakeholders.


In addition, you will need:

  • 5 years+ experience leading in a customer service environment.
  • Courage to have courageous conversations when needed.
  • Exposure to utilising technology and CRM systems
  • Advance Microsoft Office computer skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, results focused.
  • Dedicated to providing exceptional service experience to our clients
  • Empathy and resilience with a commitment to do what is right
  • A natural lean towards taking ownership and not passing the buck.
