About the role -


As the Marketing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence within our global and regional marketing workflows and processes.

In this role, you will own key operating models, including dotcom and the new marketing DAM. You will help our teams adopt and adhere to new tools and processes.

**What You'll do

-**:

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership on the design, management, governance, measurement and initial adoption of op models created
  • Drive the consultation, collaboration and engagement across the key impacted teams, including leadership buyin, and engaging the change management team where appropriate
  • Design periodic audits to systematically address issues through evolving aspects of the managed opmodels
  • Responsible for the ongoing maintenance of specific op models including the identification of opportunities on small iterations where improvements are needed on existing processes etc
  • Bridge identified gaps between mínimal viable/loveable product (MVP/MLP) or pilot project and operational requirements moving forward
  • Unpack and rebuild workflows where needed for op models that Marketing Ops team look after, or help consult/influence on other programs of work for other teams

What you'll bring -:

  • 8+ years marketing experience either in marketing team or a marketing/design agency
  • Thorough understanding of marketing workflows and briefing process
  • Proven track record for delivering key projects
  • Experience in working across multiple disciplines and multiple teams
  • Experience working in global/multi regional environment
