The Role
You will work with our talented team to design digital experiences for both internal and external customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and building on our current design systems, guidelines, principles and UX assets
  • Designing user and process flows, user journeys and wireframes to visualise concepts, interactions and communicate design ideas
  • Fleshing out design concepts and taking them from sketches to high fidelity designs
  • Creating prototypes to test ideas and illustrate interaction patterns
  • Planning, conducting, and analysing customer research and user testing to inform design decisions
  • Presenting designs and deliverables to peers and business stakeholders

Who are you?

  • You are proficient with Figma, Sketch or similar
  • You are passionate about problem solving, strive for excellence and constantly look for ways to exceed expectations
  • You have strong communication and presentation skills

Bonus: Experience of working in Agile Development and Scrum and familiar with or an interest in accessibility, inclusive design principles, and developing products for diverse user groups
