Ko koe tēnei | About youYou'll be a deeply experienced change management practitioner, skilled at managing complex change:
assessing the change landscape, current capabilities and stakeholder impacts - and designing the right change management interventions.
You'll have a proven track record in enabling people to adopt new ways of thinking and working - helping people leaders and sector partners to lead change well and to achieve the required outcomes and benefits.
As well as your technical change skills, you'll bring high levels of empathy, curiosity and achievement drive to your work.
Supporting NZTA's priority projects and programmes, you'll:
- be experienced in strategic, business and tactical change management
- contribute strongly to strategic and business outcomes
- enable capability building and cultural change
- lead and facilitate people-centred change
- evaluate and embed change uptake to achieve lasting results.
You'll demonstrate knowledge of, or a willingness to gain an understanding of Te Ao Māori and promote tikanga and Te Reo Māori.
You will also have knowledge of, or a willingness to gain an appreciation of te Tiriti o Waitangi (the Treaty of Waitangi) as it applies in the public sector.
