17 February 2023Our client is looking for a Change Manager to start ASAP in February or early March on an hourly rate contract, working as part of a small team on a hybrid working programme.

The contractor will help the organisations people and leaders adopt new ways of thinking about how they work and where work gets done - which will support their transition to a hybrid working environment.


Core Responsibilities and deliverables:

  • Develop a change management plan to support the hybrid working programme across the workstreams
  • Manage the change process and the transition of people through the change by identifying and designing the right change management interventions
  • Complete change management assessments across the workstreams
  • Complete change readiness assessments
  • Support the programme lead with the education, upskilling and training plans for people leaders and staff
  • Support the programme lead with the transition from assigned desks to shared desking
  • Support the programme lead with the transition to new behaviours and new ways of working to support hybrid working

Skills and Experience to be Successful:

  • Proven track record in delivering complex behavioural, cultural or people focussed business change projects is essential.
  • Recent workplace project experience for either activitybased working or hybrid working would be beneficial but not essential.
  • Deep and broad experience in managing change as part of a programme of work with several workstreams, assessing stakeholder impacts and designing the right change management interventions.
  • Demonstrated expertise in enabling people to adopt new ways of thinking and working.
  • A track record of evaluating and embedding change that is sustainable and future proof
  • Ability to carry out change impact assessments, business readiness assessments, create training plans and change strategies.
  • Experienced at managing change interventions, and delivery of behaviour change in complex organisations where the needs of stakeholders are diverse.

Looking for a February or early March start for 6-7 months with flexible working hours up to 32 hours per week.
