Our Health, Safety and Wellness (HSW) team is expanding and are seeking a Health Safety and Wellbeing Coordinator to support the delivery the WFA HSW programmes and initiatives.

The role


Our Health, Safety and Wellness (HSW) team is expanding and are seeking a Health Safety and Wellbeing Coordinator to support the delivery of the WFA HSW programmes and initiatives.

This position involves providing administrative and coordination support to the HSW Manager and the team.

Your duties will include maintaining records, assisting with reporting, coordination of training, assisting with any troubleshooting issues with our HSW system, and various other coordination tasks.

Skills and Experiences:

Who we are looking for


You might be looking to develop your skills in Health, Safety and Wellbeing space, you might be a recent Graduate, or you might be wanted to expand on your skills as a General Administrator.

We are open to hearing from you regardless of which of these categories you fall under


We need someone with a strong focus on people and communication, who enjoys working at pace and is pragmatic in their approach to work.


You will be the go-to person for our HSW system so learning the intricacies of a new system must be of interest to you.

You will also have advanced level skills in the Microsoft Office Suite.

We are looking for a self-starter who is solutions-focused, structured, and an efficient planner.


COVID-19 vaccination WFA's COVID-19 risk assessment has determined that we require all staff to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 prior to commencing work with WFA.

It remains a condition of your ongoing employment to maintain your vaccination status, which may include booster or additional vaccinations as required.
