About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated System Administrator to join our specialist technology team

You will ensure systems and software is kept up to date and address issues as they arise. You will support the wider team in project work to implement new systems, and on-board and train new users.


You'll also act as the central point of escalation for support from vendors for major platforms used within the group.


Key Accountabilities:

  • Be selfmotivated and have excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Pay attention to detail and have the flexibility to cope with change
  • Consolidate issues as they arise and work with vendors to solve support issues
  • Support the operation of data analytical, and review platforms
  • Work with end users to solve problems with data review platforms
  • Manage user accounts and access to platforms
  • Test and implement updates for software
  • Work well in team environments

You'll have some of these skills:

  • Broad range of knowledge and experience relating to computer hardware, software and networking technologies
  • Some exposure to, or interest in Digital Forensics

Special requirements:

  • Must have been a NZ citizen for at least 10 years.
  • Alternatively, you must hold NZ Permanent Residence/a current NZ Residency Class Visa and have been a citizen of UK, USA, Canada or Australia for at least 10 years.
  • You must be able to obtain and maintain a high level of security clearance
